1. Seller's identity

The site nkohshop.be is operated by Nkoh Shop, an African and Asian grocery based in Geraardsbergen, Belgium. For any question: info@nkohshop.be or +32 471 92 60 04.

2. Scope

These terms apply to any order placed on nkohshop.be. Placing an order entails full acceptance of these terms.

3. Products

Product characteristics are presented on each product page. Photographs are indicative; slight packaging variations may exist between batches. All references shown are in stock at the time of display; if any item is out of stock, we'll let you know within 24h.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, excluding delivery fees. Nkoh Shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in force at the time of order validation.

5. Ordering

The order becomes final upon validated payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. If you don't receive it within minutes, check your spam folder or write to us.

6. Payment

Payments are secured by Stripe. No banking data is transmitted or stored by Nkoh Shop. Accepted methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

7. Delivery

Delivery is carried out within 24 to 48 business hours for any order validated before 2pm, in Belgium only. Delivery fees are indicated at checkout. Transport risk is borne by Nkoh Shop until delivery of the parcel.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, Book VI, articles VI.47 to VI.53), you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal on any non-perishable product. Fresh products (meat, fish, fruit, vegetables) are excluded for hygiene reasons. Return shipping of eligible products is at your expense.

9. Warranty

All products benefit from the Belgian legal warranty of conformity. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, contact us within 14 days: we refund or replace.

10. Liability

Nkoh Shop cannot be held liable for damages resulting from inappropriate use of products or use not complying with the manufacturer's instructions.

11. Disputes

In case of dispute, we first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, only Belgian courts have jurisdiction and Belgian law applies. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

12. Acceptance of terms

By validating your order, you acknowledge having read these terms and accepting them without reservation.
