
Chikwangue or chikuangue (kuanga in Lingala and Kikongo) – also called cassava stick or cassava bread.
It is a traditional dish from the Congo River basin, consumed notably in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Angola, Gabon and the Central African Republic. Like foufou, it is a product derived from cassava.
